1.

Create your P&P Account/ Sign-In:

To create your Printz & Patternz Account and to sign in, simply look at the top right hand corner of the webpage and click a green button labeled Screen Shot_2011-09-16_at_12.21.09_AM. You will then see buttons under the login form for Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, Windows Live ID, and AOL. Simply click on either of those to create your account using the same login information you use for those services. A pop-up may appear asking you to either login to these services and/or ask for your approval. Please approve. Your Printz & Patternz account will then be instantly created. If you do not want to use either of those services to create your account, you can manually create an account

To sign in, click the "Customer Login" button, choose the service that you used to originally create your account and if you are already signed into that service (ex: you already signed into your Facebook account), you are automatically signed on to your Printz & Patternz account. Its that easy!

Edit your Billing/Address Information:

To add/edit your billing/address information, login to your account and look on the top right-hand corner of the page above the "Customer Login" button and click on the button labeled Screen Shot_2011-09-16_at_1.07.01_AM. This button is ONLY viewable to those who have created a Printz & Patternz Account. After you click that button, scroll down until you see a menu item titled, "Store Account" then click a link titled, "My Client Account." Then click, "Edit Data." From here, you should fill out the form completely with accurate information.

Requesting a Service:

To request a service by Printz & Patternz you can simply fill out a support ticket with the job you are requesting. Once again, click on the button labeled Screen Shot_2011-09-16_at_1.07.01_AM. After you click that button, scroll down until you see a menu item titled, "Store Account" then click a link titled, "Help Desk." Then click, "Submit New Problem." In the drop-down menu above the form, select "Quote Request" and then describe the service you would like. Include details about the quantity, what it will be used for, the group you are affiliated with, etc. The more information you submit, the better we are able to assist you. After you submit your request, will will try to get back to you within 24 hours. If we do not for whatever reason, please submit the request again. Please include your phone number so we may add a personal touch and follow up with you with a phone call.
